Safari is Apple's browser--native on the Mac, but recently available for
Windows.

It had a large number of vulnerabilities posted against it on first release,
which I believe Apple was quite quick at addressing, but I haven't kept
track closely.

I've not heard a lot of enthusiasm about it, but opinions vary.
