Is there a way to change the color of the number dates only within Outlook?
I look to change to a firefighter shift so that a certain color will signify
one of three shifts. I would like to not alter the appointments, but make it
so that, for example, on January 1st, the 1 is a red or black or green color.
Is anyone familiar with this?
Thank you

You may want to schedule Events as all day occurences for your firefighter
shifts. Use a different color for each type of shift in the Labels for the
event.

You may also want to have a look as WS Repeat Appointment available from
http://www.websetters.com
