FIPS certification on CSP

We intend to use XPe in a security appliance. Does anyone know if the
Crypto Service Provider in XPe (v5.1.2600.1106 rev 1507) has a FIPS 140-2
certification? Or to whom I should ask the question?

XPe binaries are the same as on XP Pro.

I had checked this link earlier, and I just wanted some assurance that XPe
had the same CSP as XPp.
