finding windows excel or lotus 123

self explanitory really. complete computer novice who
wants to locate either windows excel or lotus 123, can
anybody help?
 
The Windows XP operating system does not include Microsoft
Office or Lotus programs. Visit your favorite store that sells
computer software and purchase your desired Office program.

Windows doesnt include these applications. Microsoft doesnt make them
either. Lotus or which is now IBm makes that.
