Finding the timing of my SDRAM?

When I check "By SPD" it hides the memory timings rather than disabling them
being changed. If I then enable custom again, it just shows what I last had
set.

What I'd like to do is see the default By SPD timing of my ram chips.... is
there any software that I can check this with?

Aida32, CPU-Z (I think), probably Sandra, nVidia Utility...
