Finding security tag in macros menu

HI, I have installed access 2003 sp1 and am desperately trying to find the
place where I can change the macro security level. in my macro's menu I
cannot find the security tag. I didn't do anything strange during
installation, I just performed a complete installation.

Reset the Main menu - Go into Toolbars, Customize - select the Main Menu
(don't uncheck it) and hit Reset.
