Finding "right file" pop up window

miszunderstood \(removethis\)

I can never get my weather bug alert window to open. I am
always told that "it" does not know how to open that file
and to do an automatic search for windows to find the
right file to be able to open it. Everytime that box pops
up it can NEVER find the right file - whether it is
weather bug or ANYTHING else. Anyone have any suggestions
or answers????
 
What is your weather bug alert? I'm unaware of any such feature in XP. If
this is related to a specific application, perhaps you should check with the
application's tech support or the application's website.
