1) Have you upgrade to Office 2003 SP1? If not, here are the links to
download it. Would you please make another try after upgraded to Office
2003 SP1 and tell me the result?

2) Have you installed Office XP in the same box?
3) Is this database (mdb file) specific? If you create a new mdb file with
a simple relationship?
