Finding Old Contacts not in address book

I am trying to create a list of all email addresses i have ever emailed in
outlook. When i type in the first three letter of each address, these
addresses appear to be saved, but since they are not in my address book I
would like to know if there is a way to access a list if i don't know the
first three letters of each address. If they are stored in such a way that
outlook remembers based on the first three letters then i'm assuming there's
a way to call up this list.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

There is no native way to access the autocompletion cache. Doing so required
third party software such as:

http://www.nk2.info/
