Hi,
I have a file having size > 10GB. I want to find the records which are
having the record length > 2500. How do I find that? I dont want to
traverse through the whole file due to the size.

OK, now you start making sense... your previous post had me wondering
what kind of file you were talking about, since MS-Access's limit is
4GB. Obviously you have posted your question to the wrong newsgroup!
Find a more suitable one, and be sure to be more specific (like what
kind of file you are talking about).
