Is there a way to get windows to search for files that
are on the HD more than one time, I have some clipart
that seams to be in more than one folder. All of it is
in one and then most are repeated elsewhere, in seperate
folders I want them all in the seperate folders for
easier catagorizing. But how do i get win to look for
just those folders. Im talking 1000 not just 10 or 20
where I can do them one or two at a time.
The search does not seam able to handel more than 5. Is
ther another way to do this?
Help
Thanks

There are a lot of utilities out there that will search the drive for
duplicate files. I use one called Same-Same and it works well on XP. You can
get it here. It's freeware.

Jeff,

I'm sure your efforts to help OP's is appreciated, but;

Do you ever bother to look at the replies that you make to OP's.
Your text is petsistently blended into the OP's text (put in a linefeed or
two after previous text).

Have you ever heard of punctuation (thiere is absolutely none in your text
below).

Have you ever heard of a 'Spellchecker'.

Thanks thats what I was looking for.
