Finding mail after a reinstall of vista

I have reinstalled vista home premium. All the old system has been put into
a file called old windows. I found the contacts easy enough, but am unable
to find my old email messages. They don't appear to be in
C/oldwindows/programfile/windowsmail.

Does anyone know where they can be found?
Any help would be appreciated

Not sure of this, but enable show hidden files in control panel>folder
options>view
 
The email storage is under the user profile.
C:\Users\<account name>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail
You won't find the email storage under program files.
