Finding a hidden button

Am in an Excel College Course, Is asking me to "Go to the
data drop down, then to the XML button" Have searched
High and low and can't find it. Reinstalled Office 2003
with EVery OPtion and extra plugins and still is not
there. Any one know where they hide the XML button????
