Finding a generic apostrophe (without finding all the curly ones)

Is it possible to find *only* the straight-up apostrophes? Every time I put
an apostrophe in the Find box, it finds both generic and curly apostrophes.
 
Search for ^39 for the straight apostrophe
or for the curly apostrophe ^146
