FYI: I'm learning that even the "free" utitilies aren't so free afterall.
Once downloaded / executed, the "spy scanning" is free, which comes back
and
reports what you already know. However, to "clean" the spyware [which of
course is what's really needed], you have to buy the so-called full
version.
Geez, where is Mr. Norton when I need him. <g>

Find4u seems to be related with CoolWebSearch and the software which
Anando
suggested is the right one. As that site is under DDoS attack, you may get
this utility from
www.majorgeeks.com [CWShredder]. Manual removal is
tedious
as there are be different variants for CWS. Here is one:
