I cannot find the Windows Movie
Maker 2.1 on my computer. I've done
all of the updates and cant find it.
Does anyone know where it might
be?
==============================
Go to...Start / Run...type..."moviemk.exe"...
press...Enter. If Movie Maker is installed
it should launch.
If you do not find version 2.1...and if you are
running WinXP SP2...read the following
articles:
Bad Installation Of Movie Maker 2.1

What can I do if I upgrade to Windows
XP SP2 and Windows Movie Maker 2.1
is not installed successfully?

And, if you would like to install or re-install
SP2...you can download a copy from the
following site:
Download Windows XP SP2

Generally, users install from the net but this
site allows you to download the complete
file to your hard drive before installing.
It's good for a network administrator because
you can burn it on a CD and install it on as
many computers as you need to.
And it's good for a single machine because
if you ever need to install it again...you'll have
it available without waiting for a download.
