I need find and replace text in RichTextBox VB.NET. Can
anyone help?

I believe the following article explains it all in VB.NET code
http://www.developerfusion.com/show/16/7/ personally I don't do/know any VB
so I can't rate the quality but it should help you allong together with MSDN
and the function names.
