Find second occurence

=INDEX=INDEX($D2:$D$217,MATCH($F$6,$B$2:$B$217,0), MATCH
($D$2,$D$2:$D$217,0))($D2:$D$217,MATCH
($F$6,$B$2:$B$217,0),MATCH($D$2,$D$2:$D$217,0))))
I am Asking the above formula to find the second
occurence "Mon",as at the moment it returns #VALUE!in the
cell
The below formula works fine what I need to do is find
the second occurence ie Mon
=INDEX($D2:$D$217,MATCH($F$6,$B$2:$B$217,0), MATCH
($D$2,$D$2:$D$217,0))
