find records in access

When i open a form i want the FIND DIALOG to appear automatically.

In the find dialog box, there should'nt be any options for the user to
click. Instead it finds the TEXT, NUMBER, ETC in all records and if not
found for a msg to say not found.

Please reply in simple detail...

Ricky, there is a simple answer, but you will need to design the "Find Form"
and be able to use VBA code to launch, close and perform the search. Based
on how you phrased the question, are you familiar with these ideas?

If not, have a look at the button Wizard. I'm sure there is one for "Find
Record" that you could adapt for use within the OnOpen of the form.
