When in the"calender" mode of Outlook 2000, my calender in
the right pane will not show the highlighted dates for the
month beyond the previous 2 months. Also if I
select "Find" in the calender mode, it does not search
beyond the previous 2 months. It will search the future
to infinity.
How do I conduct a "Find" so it searches all previous
months?

The Date Navigator (the mini calendars on the right of the main
Calendar) only shows bolded dates for 2 months into the past and 10
months into the future; this cannot be changed. However, that doesn't
mean there aren't any items on dates earlier than 2 months ago.

If "Find" isn't finding anything older than 2 months ago, it's possible
you have AutoArchiving set to archive any data in your calendar older
than 2 months. To check this, right-click the Calendar folder and click
Properties, then the AutoArchive tab. Is it set to AutoArchive, and if
so, what time frame is given?
