Find contact by company when creating Email?

When I am creating E-mail I would like to be able to
click on the address book icon and look contact by
company. When I am in contacts I have them listed by
company. But when I am creating an E-mail I am only able
to pull them up by the persons name.

The Outlook Address Book can only be sorted two ways:
1. FN, LN
2. File As...
Unless you want to go through and change each Contact's File As... field to
include the Company name, you need to use a method other than the Outlook
Address Book to select your recipients.
 
Make sure you have the Advanced toolbar showing and then you'll see a window
beside the Address book icon. Type the company name in the window, hit
Enter, and it will show you all your Contacts from that company. The window
can also look up first and last name.

I am having the same problem when inserting address' in
word. Is there a similar way to search address's in word
or to change the view?
