Find component with cdosys.dll

Hi,

How do I find which component contains the file cdosys.dll? I need it
since I'm getting the error described in this kb:

Its quite simple, tools - filter manager, setup a rule with 'component
contains the following file' ....

(its the 'Collaborative Data Objects Messaging (CDO) API' component)
