hi, thanks for the help.
where can i find answeres to a problem i am having with IE7? i have looked
in the help, KB, and around Microsoft's sites. i can't seem to find the
answer to the question i have.

You might find it a more simple process if you started to use newsgroups
instead of that web interface discussion group - ngs are very user friendly.
