There's one tool that has been sorely lacking in my Windows freeware
toolbox for quite a while. A good free multiple file find and replace
tool. Don't get me wrong, I've seen (and tried out) a dozen, but they
all seem to lack one feature that the (mostly excellent) Search and
Replace from Funduc software
(http://www.funduc.com/search_replace.htm) has.
To wit: when you do a search, it shows you a little bit of the
surrounding context on the find. If you do a search it tells you what
lines contain the string as well as what that line looks like. You
can even click on it to see a few lines previous and a few lines after
it.
Any free Windows Find & Replace tools that give you some context?
