None of the Look up , Find or Advanced Find features work.
Upgraded from Office XP to 2003 on an XP Pro machine, without first removing
Office XP, and leaving my .pst file in the normal location. After
installation, Outlook opened, and the .pst file was empty. Discovered that
Outlook2003 created a NEW PST file.. named Outlook1.pst. Renamed my old
PST file to Outlook1.pst and it opened.. However none of the FIND or look
up features work.
Should I have just copies the contents of my old PST file into the New file
created by Outlook to avoid this? How can i fix it now. Someone suggest
creating a new profile, which i suppose means inputting all my email
accounts and also having a NEW pst file created.
Suggestions??
