I know Microsoft is still working on their Anit-spyware
product. Does anybody know if and how much they plan to
charge for their final product? Will there be a
subscription fee?

Microsoft Antispyware will be available without additional
cost to licensed Windows customers.

Here's what Bill Gates said:

"We've looked hard at the nature of this problem, and made
a decision that this anti-spyware capability will become
something that's available at no additional charge for
Windows users -- both the blocking capability, and the
scanning and removal capabilities. Those are features we
think should be available to protect every system."

I'm under the assumption its a free program for all
Microsoft Windows users. That's why they check your
system for "Genuine Windows" to make sure you don't have
a pirated edition, and thus have paid them for product.

But, I'm not Microsoft, and don't have a crystal ball to
know if this assumption will hold true or not.
