P.S. To tell you the truth, I wouldn't upgrade at all. I'd install it as a
second OS so you can always go back to XP in a pinch.

Thanks for all the help and support.

I will do all that has been posted and perform the UPGRADE to Vista Business
carefully.

One last question - does anyone know if I would have a problem with Intuit
Tax software? I trying to decide whether or not to do the upgrade now or
wait until my Business and Personal Taxes are filed?

Only the very latest editions from Intuit will run on Vista (and maybe not
all programs have been upgraded yet). Check the box carefully at the store,
in case they have old stock on the shelves. Go to the Intuit web site and
research the issue.

Your best bet is to purchase and download the lastest Intuit software from
their website. There were some problems with earlier versions of Quicken
2007, but they are fixed with the latest download.
