Turn them off in the Accessibility Options applet in Control Panel:

Thank you for replying, however I still dont know how to eliminate the
FilterKeys Icon from showing on my taskbar. Is there a specific way to
remove it?

By turning it off! You can disable all the Accessibility options in that
Control Panel applet.
