i'd like to remove all values from the above that are
less than 1000.

Hi Andy
some ideas:
1. Using autofilter
- Give this column a heading and goto 'Data - Autofilter'
- In the appearing listbox choose 'Custom' and filter all values <1000
- Delete these filtered row
- remove the filter

2. Sorting:
- Sort this range
- Mannualy delete the entries

If i sort the data and delete the values manually, is it
possible to then unsort them? The data i am working with
is hourly tepmerature data, so it has to be in the write
order.

THanks for your help
