Filtering UDP and TCP packets on Windows 2000 Professional

Hi everyone.

I have got this question from my teacher at TAFE and I am
not sure on how to work it out. Maybe someone can help
me. The question is:

On a Windows 2000 Professional PC, how do you filter
certain UDP and TCP packets?
