G Gord Dibben Mar 3, 2010 #4 Select all cells by clicking on the button at top left intersection of rows and columns or hit CTRL + a Edit>Find>Format>Format Select your color from the Patterns Tab. Then Find All and CTRL + a which selects all the "founds" on the sheet. Format>Row>Hide. Gord
