I have a table Named IDR, in which a field called IDR Report number must be
No duplicates. This table must be related to four other tables that may
contain several records that must be printed along with the IDR report
information. 1 Record for IDR to Many let's say "Materials" and Many "pieces
of equipment". The relationships are built my problem is printing a report
that will print selected fields from the IDR table only once while i may need
several records from the "materials table" and several from the other three
tables on one report. (the four child tables contain the ID number of the IDR
field they relate to by IDR Report No. Field) Is this possible.
I've been attempting it with and without queries, grouping, but I'm
limmited. Instruction would be helpfull.
Respectfully,
