I've noticed that My junk mail filter only works for one email account. I have three main accounts and my junk mail filter is set to safe list only. But only email that comes through my #1 account gets filtered, the #2 and #3 accounts do not get filtered. How do i fix this?
I also have a rule set to once my email is downloaded it is then sorted to different folders based on what email account they were sent to. I had to turn off this rule because the junk mail filter will not work if this rule is on. Any idea how to fix this also?

Outlook version? What type of mail accounts?
