filter won't work

I created a database on my computer. transfered to someone else's computer
and the form I use to filter info on a report does not work. It gives an
error message and shuts down Access. The details of the error message are:
MSACCESS caused an invalid page fault in module <unknown> at 0000:00000001.

My first guess would be "patch level". Verify that the Office Service Pack
level is the same on both computers. Next, verify that the Jet and MDAC
levels are the same. To update Jet and MDAC, go to
