Filter Report Results

I am building a simple access database in Access 2000. I have build a form
that has a subform attached. I would like the print a report that ONLY
contains information for the form data displayed. Can anyone help?!
 
Can you give me an example of the expression and where exactly to I put this
condition? On the button to open the report, the query or the report itself?
 
I guess you didn't read the article, which gives an example of the
expression and explains where to put it.

I've followd the instructions provided and now the cmd button will ask me
which record I want to see, but the report still provides all records.
Anyother suggestions?
