Hi all

I have a query that has about 15 columns, and one of the columns is a module indicator. mx-08-xxxx. There are about 60 different modules, and about 300 pieces of equipment divided between these modules. Basically, I want to list all the modules and the equipment associated with them, but I only want to list the module once, i.e

Module 1 Equipment 1-
Equipment 1-
Equipment 1-
Module 2 Equipment 2-
Equipment 2-
Equipment 2-
Equipment 2-

So I dont want the module number to be repeated each time a piece of equipment from that module shows up. I did this in excel with vb, and would like to take the same approach here, but I am not sure how to reference rows and cells in access like I do in excel. Any help on how to do this or suggestions on how to better tackle the problem are greatly appreciated. Thanks

To get this sort of formatting you need to use a report
based on the query you already have.
