Filter query with checkboxes

Hi everyone.

I am trying to filter my query using a checkbox on a form. What I am looking for is if accept A is ticked it shows only Qty A and does not show the other quantities or check boxes. I have got it to show me all the ones that have a checkbox ticked but not sure how to show only what I want. Not sure if it can be done. Hope someone can let me know. It has been created in Windows 8 Access 2013. Link for file size 2.58mb
