Filter List for Linked Values

I have a list of Numbers. In that list some Cells are:

- Linked Values [ e.g. ='[Sales.xls]Sheet1'!K61) ]
- Forumlas [ e.g. =1802+254+356 or =sum(A2:B32) ]
- Manually Entered

I want to filter the list for linked values. Is this possible?

I can do advance things with VBA. You just help me from where to initiate
like What I use to diffrenciate Link Values in VBA.
Once I started, I hope i can do the job.
