Filter by Form

I have a form that runs my reports. I can check a number of different check
boxes that allow me to select my criteria for the report I want. One day I
was clicking around and clicked on the Filter By Form button. My whole form
changed and now when I go to this form, nothing appears on the form unless I
click the Filter By Form button again. This form is no longer functioning
the way it was before I clicked the Filter By Form button. I desperately
need the old functionality back. What can I do to restore my form to it's
normal state? I've tried copying a backup of the form to the database, but
it did the same thing.

If you open the form in design view and bring up its property sheet, do
you see anything in its Filter property (on the Data tab of the property
sheet)? If you do, try deleting that filter and saving the form.
