filter by form

I do not have lists of values to pick from on fields in
the filter by form window.
I have looked this up on the Help and it says I have to
change the setting for "dont display lists where more than
this number of records read". Where do I find this setting?

Does anyone have any ideas?

That setting is found in "Tools"..."Options"..."Edit/Find"
