Film Strip vs Thumbnails

Hey All

I having this problem .....

When I go into some/all my folders containing pictures the default view is
set to Film Strip. If I run the slide show it works fine.

If I try to switch to thumb nail view in the same folder the slide show wont
work.

Anyone have this problem? Or know how to fix it?

Try this, maybe it will restore the option:

go to...Start / Run and type
(or copy/paste):

"REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"
(without the quotes)(Yes, there's
a space between 2 and S)

Click...OK.

A dialog box should report the following:

"DllRegisterServer in SHIMGVW.DLL succeeded"
