==================================
Have a look at the following article:

(299542) Filmstrip View Is Not Available
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=299542

If that fails...try the following:

Go to...Start / Run and type:

"REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"
(without the quotes)(Yes, there's
a space between 2 and S)

Click...OK.

A dialog box should report the following:

"DllRegisterServer in SHIMGVW.DLL succeeded"

Normally, if the first file in a folder is a photo file, the default is a
picture or photo folder and the film strip view is automatic.
If you don't get this option, right click on the folder name, then click on
the Customize tab on the opening window and select photo or picture folder.
