Came across this one recently. If it has been posted before, I must
have missed it.

FillOutAForm 2.4 enables you to fill out a scanned form on your computer
and print it. Formulas can be entered, so you can do your taxes with it.

Only 64 kb, no installation required. Nice small and easy to use app.
It's a keeper

There are some other useful apps there as well.

This is a very useful little program. It does have one annoying draw back.
A help box that pops up whenever you launch the program and after a few
uses, this becomes very annoying.

I've made a request to the author to put an option to turn it off/on or
eliminate it all together.
