Filling out a web form automatically

Can anyone recommend a program or browser extension (Firefox or IE) that
will fill out a web form automatically when the page is loaded? Or even
submit it as well? I need to fill out a form 3 times a day with different
data each time (but the same different data once a day if you get what I
mean) and submit it, any suggestions?
