Hello,
I've set up a report using the defaults in Access 2002. I
initially set it up in portrait. I changed
the page layout to landscape. But when I try to enlarge
the page greater than 8inches, I get an error
notice that when the report it opened there will be blank
pages. I also tried to change the column
width to 11 inches and the same thing happened when I
opened the report.

I thank in advance anyone who can help me.

Ellen:

Open your report in design mode.
Go to File...Page Setup
On the Page tab, select Landscape
Click OK
In design view, click on the end of white representing
your page (your pointer will turn into a double arrow)
Assuming you left the margins at 1 inch, you have 9 and
one half inches to play with, so drag the end of your
page to the 9.5 inch mark on the top ruler.
All of your controls have to be within the whitespace
representing your page.
Hope this helps

Since the paper is 8.5 x 11, with margins of 1 inch, she's only have 9
inches to play with...

This is exactly the reason I'm not an accountant!
