fill down

When I double click on the lower right of the cell it
fills down, but since it is a number it wants to increment
by one. Is there a way to format that cell so it will just
duplicate when I do this. I have a lot of editing and it
would be much faster if I could do it this way instead of
Copy and Paste.

Right-click on the fill handle (continue holding the mouse
down) and fill down. Then select "Copy Cells".
