Fill Color?

I know this is a stupid question, but I'm desperate.
Whenever I choose the fill color button in Excel, I don't
see the color on my screen. It shows up on print preview
but not on the screen. What's the deal here? Is there a
way to turn it on and off and have I accidently turned it
off?

If this is a problem with all files with coloured cells, the high
contrast setting may be turned on. There is information in the

I am having the same or similar proble
I just loaded office 2003 over office 98 and now the fill color doesn't work for the spreadsheets
If your know of anything or have found anything out, let me know at (e-mail address removed).
