Fill color when negative

How can add a yellow fill when the cell contains a negative value?

Here's a portion of my spreadsheet:

Conditional Formatting will do that.

Excel 2010:
Home tab > Conditional formatting > Highlight cell rules > Less than > Format cells that are LESS THAN: > 0 (zero) > With 'down arrow' > custom format > Fill > 'select yellow box' OK > OK.
