Filing sent messages

Is there any way to set up Outlook to prompt me on sent messages, allowing me
to immediately file sent messages in a folder of my choosing? Using rules is
limited by allowing specific filing of messages by either subject line text,
addressees, etc. I would like to have the option, upon sending, to choose
the folder in which I want that new message stored.
