FileSnoop alternitive?

I originally obtained FileSnoop when it was still freeware. My current (ver.
1.0) install file has been corrupted, but rather than replace it, would like
to either switch to another freeware alternative that does similar things,
i.e. view the contents of the file without running it, or even better,
update to ver. 1.1 if a link is available. My searching found archived
copies of 1.0 but not 1.1.

I use FileAlyzer by the author of SpyBot S&D
